Shipping


If you place an order before 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, your book(s) will be shipped on the same day, unless we are overwhelmed with orders, in which case, they will be shipped on the following day.

All book orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes, designed exclusively to protect the books' corners and keep them dry.



US Orders
If you select "Standard Shipping", all orders placed in The United States are shipped via United States Postal Service's Media Mail™ (2 to 9 days). 



Priority Mail™ (2 to 3 Days) and Express Mail™(overnight) are also available at a higher rate. The rates for these two services are weight based and are determined by the USPS, not by Brandstudio Press. The delivery times are also at the discretion of the USPS, for more information please contact the USPS (you can find USPS contact info below). 



All packages are shipped via The United States Postal Service and all tracking info is furnished by the USPS, they are solely responsible for updating the tracking information on their website. If your packages are delayed, please have your tracking number ready and contact Track and Confirm™ customer service at: 1-800-222-1811


International Orders
Please allow 6 to 10 days for delivery, plus any additional time necessary for customs clearance in your country of residence.
All orders weighing less than 4 lbs. placed outside of The United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International™.

If you placed an order for any number of books weighing over 4 lbs. your package will automatically be shipped via Priority Mail International™ and issued a tracking number. All packages are shipped via The United States Postal Service and all tracking info is furnished by the USPS, they are solely responsible for updating the tracking information on their website. If your packages are delayed, please have your tracking number ready and contact Track and Confirm™ customer service at: 1-800-222-1811


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 
Contact your local postal office if you don't receive your package within 15 days. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us after a certain period or they may get lost if left abandoned at residence. If a package is returned to us, we will notify you via email and additional shipping charges will be requested to re-send the package. WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE USPS, OF YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE OR BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURE TO PICK UP THE PACKAGES FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR AT YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE. 

First Class Mail International Packages Only: Every effort on our part is made to package your books in the best protective manner possible and to ship them almost immediately after being ordered but we can not control the fate of the package once it has left our loving hands.

A US Customs form is required and filed with the United States Postal Service as proof of mailing for packages under 4 lbs, this is the only proof (along with the paid receipt for postage) we have of having mailed the package to you, since the USPS does not assign tracking numbers to packages under 4 lbs. of weight. We will provide a copy of the mailing receipt, the customs label and a photograph of the actual package upon your request. 



IMPORTANT: For USA and International Customers: 

Any and all claims for lost or stolen packages, while in transit, must be directed to the United States Postal Service (USPS®).

Returns

If you received a damaged book from us, please return it to us for a replacement copy. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO REPLACE A DAMAGED BOOK OR BOOKS BUT WE ARE NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES DUE TO WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESSES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CURRENT AND UPDATED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES IF BOOKS WERE MAILED TO A WRONG OR INVALID ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU.
